Hydronex iGen C Maintenance Guide

Your whole-home filtration system is designed for ease of use and minimal maintenance. Below, you’ll find key information on how to ensure your system continues to deliver soft, clean water throughout your home.

Automatic Cleaning

The Hydronex iGen C self-cleans every two weeks, so you never have to worry about manually cleaning the system. This process ensures that your system stays in optimal condition, delivering high-quality water without any intervention needed.

Keep Your
Documents Safe

Ensure that all manuals and warranty documentation related to your Hydronex iGen C system are stored in a secure location for easy reference. These documents are crucial for troubleshooting, maintenance, and warranty claims should the need arise.

Troubleshooting & Support

If you notice any issues, such as changes in water quality, check that the brine tank is filled with salt and that the system has proper water pressure. For any other concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team using the contact information below.

Salt Replacement

Your system relies on salt to recharge its water-softening capabilities. The salt in your brine tank should be checked every 2-3 months. If the levels are low, be sure to replenish the tank with the recommended salt, which you can find here. For longer intervals, you can add multiple bags at once.

Watch the video below for a step-by-step guide on how to replace your salt.
